AD 120 by Roman Emperor Hadrian at Tivoli outside Rome. The Emperor Hadrian built this country villa for himself and his court, and it bears unique testimony to the grandeur and architectural and decorative characteristics of the period. Today it exists as an immense park, extending over 297 acres and dotted with several Roman ruins as well as spas and houses from the 16th century and all set in an environment charged with ancient fascination. Then you will be chauffeured to a truly unique restaurant ..Why unique? Because nowhere you can enjoy food at the foot of two ancient Roman temples overlooking a cave that houses and one of the most beautiful waterfalls in a papal villa under a centuries-old wisteria, nestled in an ancient village..
